MOVIE REVIEW: THE PERSUIT OF HAPPINESS

          Will Smith and his son, Jaden Smith play in same movie as a family. The movie called The Persuit of Happiness and realized on December, 2007 by Columbia Pictures.

          The script that written by Stove Cornad is tells about Chris Gardener’s life story; a salesman who want to become a wealthy stockbroker. Began at 1981 in San Francisco, California, Chris life in a small apartment with his wife; Linda and his son; Christopher. Work as a salesman, Chris spend all the family saving to buy a franchise to sell bone scanner. Linda work in a laundry. Their life was become harder and harder, since Chris had many trouble and his wife was want to break up. Finally, Chris had to take care his son and saved his life alone. In the other side he was want to become a wealthy stockbroker.

          The film that directed by Gabrielle Muccino was success make the story looked really sadness; how the Chris and his son did their hard life. The story had many good motivations ‘how to catch our dreams’. It can increase spirit on our heart. On the other hand the movie is hard to understand by the people who don’t know English language well.
